By preserving traditional techniques and utilizing Peru’s iconic chillies, herbs, potatoes and corn in our kitchen, we are able to present you with unique dishes that stay true to Peruvian flavors.
Pisco, a pomace brandy originated in the Valley of Pisco - Ica, is Peru’s national liquor.
Our bar specializes in Craft Pisco Cocktails. From iconic Pisco Sours & Chilcanos to Signature creations, they are the perfect accompaniment to our sharing plates and entrees.
